The surrogacy journey is a lengthy and arduous process. The first step is to screen the applicant to see if they could potentially be a viable candidate for the surrogacy journey. Many young women come to surrogacy without the knowledge of how long or involved the process will be. Therefore this pre-screener can be used to inform, educate and screen potential candidates. This will allow the learner to identify some non-negotiable aspects of the surrogacy journey and decide if they want to continue if they pass the screening process. The pre-screener will save the company hours of payroll by completing the initial screening of the applicants.
